With south coast MTB numbers growing from a trickle to a flood, Tathra Beach and Bike has become the local mountain bike hub for those looking for new bikes, service and the inside knowledge about trails and conditions.

With its remodelled premises, Tathra Beach and Bike offers an expanded range of quality bikes, along with a full mechanical workshop for repairs and servicing.  An additional benefit for customers is shop’s test ride facility – giving clients the opportunity to trial a potential new bike on the local trails.

Tathra's trails have once again grown. The Dooagharl single track now has 3 climbs - Evil Tom, Kingys Climb and Nelba's Rise and the 3 downhills, the notorious Bridges, Nizentite and Anchors Away, totalling around 20kms of sweet sweet singletrack. These trails are very impressive to ride.

At the top of town is the 8km Fire Shed loop. This is a more undulating twisting loop.

Call into the shop for a map and directions. During January school holidays we are open 8am to 6pm every day.

Tathra Beach & Bike are once again major sponsors and organisers of the Tathra Mountain Bike Enduro. This years Enduro is on April 21-22.

As the name suggests, Tathra Beach and Bike offers more than just bikes with the store carrying all the large surf brands and designer clothing along with boards and merchandise.

Right on our doorstep is a 2.5 km cycling track which takes you to the Mogareeka Inlet. One kilometre north you can access the Doolagharl mountain bike single track. These recently extended tracks now comprise 3 graded climbs and 3 graded descents. This is beautifully groomed flowing high quality sweet single track. If you want more head to the top of town and ride the 8 kilometres of flowing Fire Shed trails.
